I'm Hanah, and this is my story

I have been in fitness my entire life — between playing sports when I was little to competing in bodybuilding competitions by the time I was 18 to competing in CrossFit competitions all over the United States.

I have been a Worldwide Remote Fitness & Nutrition Coach since 2014, helping people all around the world! I got married, had a baby & realized how quick the day goes. I know it's critical I take care of myself in order to be the best business owner, co-worker, mom & wife — but I get it, time is limited.

That is why I created The Grit Society! Quick & effective workout & nutrition strategies created for busy women that can be completed at home or at the gym!

I have been doing these exact style workouts since 2019 and have maintained my physique, gone through a pregnancy, built muscle, and burned fat.
